Would have been a 5 star but some menu items they do not have anymore. With shortages it's somewhat understandable. The food is on par. Wish they had carte asada. Servers are very friendly.

Bland food is an understatement... this is truly the worst Mexican food I ever had... we came in a group of 4... all of us had a terrible food experience... i had the steak fajita... it had no taste and looked like it was made days ago. I'm sorry... I do not like to write bad reviews.

I never write bad reviews. But because this town is people like myself driving in to see concerts in the caverns I wanted to write this. Do not go here unless you just want alcohol. Positives: the front of house were very nice to us and the margaritas were extremely cheap. The negatives: the food. All the food. We ordered the cheese dip and it tasted like it had been like mixed with butter? I have worked in food service. Mexican cheese dip is just melted white American cheese. This dip was very thin. I have never ordered cheese dip and not finished it. We just ordered basic tacos thinking that was the safest bet. Sadly, the tacos were not even as good as Taco Bell. Bland flavor, watery ground beef. My wife only had one fearing she may get sick. I had all mine knowing that it is hard for beef to make you sick later but they were just not good. This is a huge restaurant and the atmosphere is nice, BUT the food is so bad I would not go back unless someone dragged me back inside.

Wont be back. Bland. Took home and threw out. Not the same as it used to be. Shrimp was tough and rubbery. Steak was odd tasting. No flavor. So disappointed...🙁
