The service was good. The wait was a bit long. My 1:30 appointment was not taken until 2:45. On the positive side, the staff really cares about you and will do what they can to accommodate you. When I went to pick up my glasses the receptionist saw that I was pressed for time. While the customer in front of me was going on about something that could not be changed or fixed, the manager was called in and the receptionist got the attention of the eyeglass fitter so I could be served. 🤩

Yes, they require that you schedule an appointment before coming, although they do welcome walk-ins. But they can't guarantee you'll be seen by the specialist.

Yes you can Especially, if your appointment is early in the day. Example: 9-10 am and your prescription doesn't require transition lens. If you're getting Transitions, you'll be able to pick up the next day.
They do carry large sized frames for men. They have a pretty large selection. It includes designer frames and they have an interest free payment plan. Kind of like a layaway. I dont know about viewing them online. But i do know you can purchase a frame online and they will put your lens in for you.

We certainly do; everyday 10am-4pm on a first come first serve basis everyday except Wednesdays.....(NO WEDNEDSAYS).....When we have at least 2 doctors we will do them on Saturdays from 10am-3pm.

You should go in to inquire as they periodically change tgeir cartier styles so the cost varies slightly. You may even be able to call for that information.

Yes but I would suggest calling ahead to see which day is best to walk in. They do appointments first and sometimes in the afternoon they have a heavier load.

It was my first time visiting this business. My glasses came in 3 days later and they were beautiful. So i think I will be going back for all my eye wear needs. Oh one more thing the staff was pretty professional. I just didn't like the way they were walking around eating. That's rude behavior. Eat in the lunch room not in front of the customers.
