I placed a special order for coffee on a Saturday evening. It's the weekend, but whatever, they're open, and there should be sufficient time to be done in the stated 3 or 4 days. I went in the following Wednesday evening (three business days excluding Sunday), and the order status was "Not Ordered." Thankfully they did have the coffee I wanted on the shelf already with a somewhat satisfactory roast date, but that in no way excuses the complete disregard for my order.

No, no online shopping. But you can ask them to hold stuff for you if you call them on there phone. They also do bulk orders if you want more than one of an item, and they give you a 10% discount for bulk orders.
