Had patient with cane and only one foot walking from main door to 6th floor only to be told he would be seen on 1st floor doctor so he would have to go back to where he started and walk down the long hallway to their other office. Maybe you could learn compassion for your patients. Send them the correct location. Call prior to appt to verify date time location of appointment with the patient. We would have brought a wheel chair if we had known we would be walking the building for no reason at all. Now we watch for swelling and infection in remainder of heal and ankle that remains. Short walk does not mean a mile hike looking for the right office after paperwork sent patient to wrong floor of a six story building. BWEye Center....DO BETTER!

Doctors are great. Reception horrible. Nobody answers the phone. Went to office and called while in the office, they just let the phone ring and no one is busy with anything. Just laziness
