Wish I could give zero stars. I made an appointment in July and the first available date was 5 October… well the day of the appointment they called 2 hours before the appointment and cancelled. I was frustrated because I took off of work for them to cancel. I called back to reschedule and was forwarded to a voicemail, left a message, and never heard back. The next day I called and was told I would need to wait until the next available appointment at the end of December!! She told me there was nothing they could do because I cancelled the appointment, which was not the case! Absolutely terrible way to do business and way to treat customers. Now regretting purchasing my HVAC system from them two years ago. Currently waiting from a response from customer support and hoping they can resolve this.

techican told me a price and then charged more on the invoice. I was busy doing something else when my husband paid the bill not knowing what the guy told me the price was. we are selling our house and he told me we needed refrigerant in the a/c unit, he was not asked to check the a/c, he was here for the furnace. anyway I paid to have the stuff put into the a/c because it was the right thing to do and that’s what he charged me more for, over $100 more than he told me. I’m not saying the work was bad, we will have to wait and see but definitely customer service is dishonest.
