It has been almost 7 months since Pella Mid Atlantic came to install my new fiberglass entry doors. The job remains incomplete while they continue to charge for the purchase. Installation errors remain unresolved after two visits from field services to attempt to close out the job; missing, wrong and improperly installed parts, damaged hardware due to improper alignment; the paint finish already had to be retouched due to delamination and installation scratches; the "top of the line" hardware has started to corrode, etc. The field crew is friendly and professional and really tries to get it right [hence the 2 stars] but they are being sent without all the correct parts and guidance needed to remediate all the original issues. I never imagined that such an expensive product and services being advertised as the highest quality could turn out this badly, and yet no resolution, firm completion date or even a return call from management. Do the research and stay away if you have competitive options.

Pella delivered door from factory with misaligned external and internal hardware so door knobs could not be attached - not happy with Pella about that BUT... The office sent Richard to fix what Pella missed. He was very personable, professional and technically proficient. Problem solved. Highly recommend Beltsville Pella over Fairfax.
