I don't understand why there is a schedule that states pick up is every two hours from BWI, but the driver leaves at 4:15 instead of 4:30. If that is practice of the business, then it should be stated that way. When I called at 4:15 I was told the driver just pull off and they were not going to contact them to have them return. That is not poor customer service. Customers should be informed that the pick-up is every two hours, but the driver will leave early if there is no one scheduled to be picked up.

The last time I rode, three ladies were taken to one of the airport hotels. I don't know which.
We do allow cats but only if all other passengers on the van are able to travel/have no allergies due to the enclosed nature of the space. So we can't guarantee that the shuttle you book will be cat friendly until the day of travel.
Hi Stephanie, I believe the closest hotel to our office is the LaQuinta at 300 S Salisbury Blvd. We are about 25 minutes away from Somerset County/Princess Anne.

They have drop-off/pick-up points... not a taxi but Google them and pick the nearest location to you and give them a call.
