We have membership and never get the chance to use it. And the vacation location options are not very good. Not at all what was sold to us. They make you sign a promissory note, making it extremely difficult to get out of. Don't waist your money. It's a rip offf

Worse decisions my husband and I ever made. Save yourself the headache and the money. Every property I’ve been to is DISGUSTING. Customer service is RUDE. Website is messy. I have weeks remaining that never get used bc it’s not worth the hassle. I try not to regret things in life but this is a major regret.
