Mediocre service, rude employees ignored me sitting in the drive through, claimed the drive through register was “broken.” Well put a sign indicating that outside, don’t make me sit for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. When I pulled up window to see what was going on I was greeted with a smirk and dismissive fashion. Shame on you Dunkin’ you are probably overworking your employees causing them to lose their mind. Do better. I went across the street to McDonald’s. And it’s saying something when I’m willing to go to McDonald’s for anything!!

Sign hung on drive thru that said lobby only. Went to lobby. Worker discouraged people from ordering any food as that would take longer because they were "short staffed". Didn't have the bagel flavor I wanted. Bathrooms were disgusting. There was a spider about 7" in diameter crawling around the ceiling. Are all Dunkins like this? Did not inspire me to visit another one.

Last time I visit this location. I initially tried to purchase my 2 coffee rolls and my apple fritter from the lobby, only to find the door locked. Is it too much to ask a business for upfront notification? I then purchased my items from the drive thru only to be disappointed by the quality. Maybe I expect too much.

Short Handed! No one to clean although staff on hand was doing a good job to just to keep the orders flowing. Food good, establishment needs a employee to clean, to us/me this is my first impression when trying out any place. Helena was Great so was her Co-Worker that we interacted with.
