Very impressed by the service and knowledge of the staff. I brought my old cuckoo clock there and was repaired and cleaned back to its original state. He did explain how to pull the chains to keep clock working correctly and then I brought the clock home and went about pulling the wrong chain and broke it off completely more damage done then when I brought the clock in to Roberts. He explained what I did and I completely agreed. He then again fixed my poor cuckoo clock for hardly nothing as I did do a lot of damage. They also cleaned all my jewelry I was wearing and brought it back to life. They come highly recommended and they do have quite a few cuckoo clocks for sale. Be sure to stop by and say hi.

Robert responded to my email request immediately, even though it was a Sunday. By Monday morning , he had contacted me that he would be in my area. He then called me when he was within 10 minutes of my home. He came to the house, and fixed the problem all before 11:30 AM. I was very happy with his work , professionalism and fair price . Within 24 hours of my clock not functioning, he had made a house call and had the clock up and running. I highly recommend him.

I recently inherited this Grandfather clock that has been in my family, for 46 years, since I was a child. The clock had not worked for several years and luckily I found Robert. We had received a grandfather clock from someone who was moving and it would not chime. We contacted Robert and he came out and informed us that the moving parts needed a good cleaning and the weights and pendulum could use a cleaning as well.
