This used to be my main subway line when I lived in Tribeca on Leonard Street. The neighborhood has gone through so many changes. Take uptown 1 right to 42nd street times sq...once your on train takes about 10min

In Tribeca, between Varick St and Hudson St. You can take the metro line 1 or 2 and get off at the station with the same name.

It is one block east of the Franklin St Subway Station.
