DO NOT APPLY! SCAM! We paid an application fee ($150 total for 2adults) & are very well qualified (decent credit, no history of evictions, great rental history & no criminal history). They denied us with NO EXPLANATION. They said it was based on info found on reports from SafeRent Solutions. We called SafeRent to find out what could’ve possibly been on the report & THEY HAVE NO RECORD AT ALL of our name or social security number being searched!! They don’t answer the phone. Left several messages to get a transaction number (SafeRent suggested we get a transaction number from apt) and the apt never called us back! Will report this scam to BBB & other places!

My apartment itself is beautiful. I love the amenities and it’s super quiet. However, every since they changed management, everyone I’ve spoken to that lives here has had a bad experience with Karen. My toilet overflowed. They had a company come to clean the carpet. A week later I get a bill for $1200. I call the office to speak with someone. Karen was very rude and even hung up on me. The reason they listed for the flood was not even true and when I asked about it Karen said oh well it could’ve been something else. A few days later I get an email stating they are turning off the water due to plumbing issues in my building. Then they sent me an eviction notice because I didn’t pay the $1200 fee right away because I do not believe that was my failed. I paid my rent btw. I ended up paying the $1200 because I was scared I’d be evicted. They send emails to residents almost daily threatening us with more fees. I was only given one key when I moved in and when I asked for another one they told me it was $300. I have lived here for over two years and since this management came a few months ago, I have regretted renewing my lease. For as much as I pay monthly to live here I feel this is a horrible way to treat residents. Karen is the worst manager and needs to go through classes on how not to be a Karen and talk to people. They stole $1200 from me for a plumping issue in the building that they felt like blaming me for. I have called a lawyer.

We just moved in & want to give a huge shout out to Diana Chavez for the work & effort she put in to make the process of moving-in seamless. She guaranteed that all our questions were handled & covered appropriately with recommendations made which helped us save money as well. This was all in between whilst the current leasing company was been given a handover from the previous lease company. There are new vendors being put in place to cater to the need of the property so there is definitely a teething process which I believe should be ironed out when they get up to speed. Good luck to the new team & Kudos once again to Daina.

I don't know about that. When I'm in my grsndsons apartment it sounds like a heard of elephants upstairs also always hear the vacuum Also ant problems.
