Apparently you cant buy brakes there, they have no “parts department” but they have a service department that will charge you 209 to change your brakes and provide them… so they have brakes they just wont sell them to you. This is why pepboys is slowly dying,,, dumbazz decisions to turn a PEPBOYS in to a service only. unless you need tires or a battery or pretty much anything else because apparently those aren’t things arent for your car.. make it make sense.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We moved here from out of state, needed an inspection so we can change our tags. Made the appointment, drove the 20 miles to do it and then they say oh we don't do inspections when it is raining? What? The lady behind the desk was awful, literally walked away when we asked her why we didn't get a call telling us not to come in. She was beyond rude and should really take some lessons on how to do customer services. We have two cars needing inspection, we cancelled the appointment for the other car and will go elsewhere.
