I've had the worst time trying to donate my car. They told me a tow truck company was going to contact me within 24 hours, they never did. After three days, HFTB called me and gave me the number for the tow truck company. It was an ordeal getting them pick up my car. They were on the way then were not, they were on their way again. It took a couple of days until they finally showed up after numerous complaints from me. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten anything for my donations. I have called several times and HFTB has completely botched my donation. Now their system and they can't email my compensation. I feel like this was a mistake to donate to them.

If I could put negative stars I would. DO NOT DO THIS!!! This is a SCAM!! Couldn't even write the donation off on my taxes. My CPA basically laughed it off. }:|

I called 3 times already they sent the tax credit but no vouchers that's bad business
