With a pending service issue that is unresolved, that they closed , I surely wasn't expecting a reply like this from a customer service dept, not even the courtesy to follow up with a phone call... "Thank you for your online inqy. I am sorry that your experience with us has not been a good one. We are trying as best as we can in an unusual situation. We know that, we are probably are not going to satisfy every situation that comes our way, but we do try to get our best people in what ever department we send the customer's problem to get the best solution to resolve it and we do care about all our customers to try and help them in what ever problem that they may have to solve it.
