Rosemary had a very busy morning but she remained kind, helpful and professional throughout the day. She worked quickly and efficiently to get us into our room all while dealing with several different issues. The cleaning staff made an extra effort to get a room ready for us as an early check in. The room was pleasant and clean. I will definitely stay here often.

I had a 2 night stay that was not the best but with-in an hour of my checkout I received a follow up call from the manager, a Ms. Louis. She was professional, sincere and apologetic for the stay. She was able to address all the issues before I could get a word in. She is a valuable asset and should be promoted. Before the call back I would never have done business with this company again but after speaking to Ms. Louis I will definitely come back. Thank you again for the excellent customer service 👏 👍.

I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years. I am usually very satisfied with my stays and have no complaints to speak of. I have a couple of complaints with this hotel. When we arrived, we asked about the free breakfast, as I had a cousin traveling with us so we had 2 rooms. I was told that indeed we had 2 free breakfasts per room. We only had 3 of us so that worked out well. I’ll circle back to this one in a moment. That evening, as the room was Accessible but with a tub, we called down to see if they had a shower seat we could use as it is very difficult for me to step over and into a tub, and also very difficult to stand once in the shower. They brought us a bedside commode and said that’s what we were to use. It didn’t fit in the tub and I took a shower with my legs hanging outside of the tub. That was not a fun experience, to say the least. Back to the free breakfast; when we got to the breakfast area, there were only 2 of us as one was busy loading the car. However, we ordered our breakfast and then received a $28.01 bill which sort of stunned us as we thought it was free. When we inquired about it at the front desk we received a very snippy, snarky reply from Yesenia. She wanted to know who told us it was free. We didn’t get the person’s name upon checkin and she just seemed to huff about not being able to help us (even though I’m SURE someone could see who was on duty the night before). When looking over my receipts once home, I noticed I had received a $20 compensation/Hilton Honors credit, which I do appreciate. I was only charged $8.01 for the breakfasts. I can understand policy changes. I’m a retired RN, so I’ve dealt with those many times in my past but someone might want to make sure all employees are informed prior to the change so guests aren’t blind-sided.

Arrived at 10 pm after having run around all day and digital key didn't work. Had to go back downstairs. Got digital key. When we got in the room, we immediately didn't feel comfortable. The carpets were dirty, black marks on the towels, chips in the porcelain in the tub, and cracks/dents in the walls just had white paint slapped on it. Room smelled horrible and immediately my allergies started acting up. We decided to leave at 10:30 and drive the 3.5 hours home rather than stay here. Also, on our ride up the elevator a gentleman said "be careful here" in the elevator. Worst Hilton I've ever stayed at.

The Port Shuttle is run by an independent company and costs $10 per person; must be reserved at Reception. Saturdays and Sundays are manic!
There is s shuttle. Call the hotel and they will tell you where to go. The shuttle doesn't run 24hrs and there can be a long wait. Taxi fare is about $10
Yes, but and it is free. However tipping is recommended. It is a van typically that can transfer about 11 people.
No hot tub and if there was it would be closed. City of Dania will not allow them to bed at a hotel setting due to Covid-19. The shuttle is a yes every 30min
If you are a Diamond Hilton Honors, it is free. Standard cost is $12.99 for hot breakfast, $8.99 for continental.
