Hi Gina. I haven’t heard anything about, or received any notices from the homeowners association regarding plumbing replacement. I would think any plumbing work done within a unit would be the responsibility of the individual homeowner.

What are the pool hours on weekdays and weekends? Do residents have to pay to get in?
