Idk why this McDonald's struggles so much, but man is it bad. I actually had given up on this location, hadn't been in like 6 months, but decided to get an order of fries tonight on my way home from work. What a mistake! They were short staffed, canceling orders, and no food was coming out. They tried to give me the wrong order, which was actually the order for the person in front of me who they had just refunded and they left, but finally I got my order. From start to finish my ordeal lasted 25 minutes to get an order of fries, and there were only 4 cars in front of me. Pretty sure I'm the only one who actually got any food too...one order of French fries! This is now my second horrible experience with this location. I had given them 6 months between visits to get things in order. Never again though, because I will never be back to this McDonald's. Ever. It is not convenient or fast and let's be honest... why else would you go to McDonald's in the first place unless you are looking for something fast and convenient?

It’s a nice location but the staff is terrible. They forget items and give mean looks when going through the drive thru. Looking at the rest of the reviews I can see other people feel the same about this McDonald’s.

I go to the drive through at 11pm. Ordered a Big Mac and small coke. It’s 11:27 pm and I still don’t have a sandwich. Come on guys that’s too long and if you don’t have the staff, close early. I could have gone to another by now

Worst location ever!!!! Zero customer service. Meal order was missing sauces, napkins and correct toy for happy meal. When trying to exchange the kids meal toy was told that they were trying to use up other toys before giving the ones (Stitch) like the advertising!! Every table dirty, had to clean my family’s own table to be able to eat. Dirty!!! Very slow service and not busy at all even at lunch hour. Food, trash, soap and sanitater on floor and no wet floor signs!! Workers standing around talking and not doing there jobs!!! Inappropriate behaviour from other customers trying to so called play fight each other in front of registers and being rude and not careful around others. Very poor management!!!
