People who's working there are very helpful and explain you patiently no missing a detail. The bad thing is i saw just 1 lady working on the window, hope there will be more so then the waiting line won't be so long and boring.

worst customer service ever had. she hold me on the line 20 minutes and when i asked her please dont hold me in the line that long again , her answer was " dont ever talk to me like that " she doesnt even understand meaning of PLEASE, she thinks that she is CEO of usps postal service and i was thinking she is a regular worker but sad part is she is a supervisor. SHE IS THE MEANEST PERSON WHO EVER WORKED IN USPS. I seen that many people who left reviews with 1 star probably because of HER.

This Post Office sucks day don't do their job right they're lazy to come up stairs I was waiting for package all day yesterday and they never came not even a note plus they are always putting mail in the wrong mail boxes to they really suck they always mess up things and they said they came at 3:58 PM when I was home all day waiting on the damn package for real they always do this when I get packages

You have to go to the office and talk to the manager to get your package back or call the office where he asked for it.
