My review is based on customer interaction with USPS error; THE EMPLOYEES HERE ARE 100% great in person, specifically the temporary supervisor "Joe", 2x calls and one in person visit. Be THE NEGATIVES COME FROM THE "PROCESS" NOT THE EMPLOYEES. Post Master and up receive majority of salary budget and don't actively participate. $81 BILLION BUDGET 2021, $50 billion on "employees salaries" alone. Not health, retirees, or other Bennies. If you CAN locate a phone # for local P.O., they ring a few times and are forwarded to the national hotline(800#)- and ALL P.O.'s promote the national hotline as the contact- THAT LEADS TO A PRIVATE COMPANY "CALL CENTER"- they will have the same info accessable to you online.

I have a good experience anytime I go here. Staff is courteous and even apologize if there is a wait. I have applied for a passport also through this office and the experience was a pleasant one. I realize other people may have had a different experience or unfortunately were there on a busy day.

Incompetent clerks handling the passport process. Would not accept documents clearly listed as acceptable on the actual application itself. Got turned away today from my appointment because of their incompetency. Got home and called US Passport agency and was told I was correct and they should not have denied my document. They need to be better trained for this process if not at least possess the proper customer service skills to want to solve the problem. Don't waste your time here and pick a different location for passport needs!

So I just went to usps for the passport application , I knew I was 35 minutes late and tried to call at the location to inform that I will be late . Though I went there and there wasn’t any line and appointment for the passport (check camera if I am lying ) . I urged them to take me and nobody showed interest taking me. Christina was so rude. Two ladies just asked her but Christina was rude and said reschedule. Pathetic and Christina you please learn manners otherwise fire her if she doesn’t want to provide customer service
