All of my legal concerns and questions were thoroughly addressed to my satisfaction along with a personalized approach by Danna and Associates

My wife and I had a great experience providing Mr. Anthony Danna all the information and documents necessary for preparing an irrevocable living trust and all associated legal documents. We were impressed with his knowledge in Estate Planning and made us immediately to trust him like an old good friend of us. Taking into account our age and present pandemic, he was willing to come to our house. He was kindly enough to answer to our questions regarding various legal issues related to Estate Planning. I will recommend Mr. Anthony Danna as attorney to any member of my family, friends or any person interested in Estate Planning.

A will is a legal document through which a individual allows a property allocation to take impact after death. During its maker's lifetime, a will may be modified or revoked.
We offer a free initial consultation, that typically lasts about an hour depending on your situation. There are multiple payment options, to be discussed with the attorney directly at the time of your meeting.
The documents that you would want to use to implement your estat plan depended on your estate goals and objectives. Who are the persons or entities that you wish to benefit from your estate; What is the value and make up of your assets; How do you wish to manage those assets during your lifetime; What state are you in; Who are your “natural” heirs; Are you disinheriting any; Do you have debts and creditors currently; Do you wish to avoid probate; What is your long-term care plan? These are some of the question you must first address, then you consider the Will; Living Will; Power of attorney and revocable and irrevocable trusts. If you would like to schedule an initia appointment, my office is located in Staten Island, NY. I am licensed in NY, NJ, and FL. You May wish to contact your local bar association.
The quick answer is, "when you feel your documents no longer reflect your wishes or you are unsure the documents will achieve your goals. Your estate plan protects your assets during your lifetime and ensures they inure to your loved ones upon demise. If you health changes; the laws change; your goals/objective change... it is time to visit with your attorney. Tony
