Mail carriers from this location are horrible - constantly stuff new mail into building mail boxes to the point of damaging mail instead of taking the pieces back for pick up.

So I’ve been home all day waiting on a package just for them to say failed attempt to deliver. Then I’m told to call the local post office and I get no answer. This is ridiculous because had the driver came up to properly deliver the package a would’ve received it. Now I have to figure out a way for me to go pick up the package on Monday while I’m working. This is unacceptable. There are 2 signs downstairs that say the packages can’t be left downstairs anyway so I done understand why my package wasn’t brought upstairs. Do better!!! (So Monday came and I go to pick it up like they said only to find out it’s out for delivery again. I’m hoping it gets here today to avoid problem!) I would give 0 stars if it was possible

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had dropping a simple package. 100 degrees and no air conditioner on,doors wide open. No envelopes,boxes or tape. None!! One person working that moves at a snails pace. By the time I left,I was completely drenched. This is a predominantly Spanish area and it’s so obvious that they under service and under serve this community. I’m not Spanish but this wouldn’t happen in other communities. Literally like going to the post office in SanJuan. One town over in Edgewater the place is pristine… Go figure
