My daughter lives there, she has been without her A/C unit for 4 mos. They gave her a very small window unit which has to stay running as it has to cool the entire apartment, causing the electric bill to increase by $30.00. 😪 need help.🙏

My daughter has lived at one of their apartment for over a year and for the last 10 months her ac and heat had been broken . They sent one person out to look at it in the beginning and this person never even came up to her apartment. She has a child under 1 in that home and as of now is freezing literally and no one cares . You can’t reach them by phone and they are not in the office hardly ever. It is a shame that our city is paying the majority of the income based apartments yet they are allowing an infant to be left in extreme heat and cold . I would NOT Recommend this company for ANYONE to move into.

I wanted to move over there because I stay in palm terrace and my light bill is just extremely too high and I can't afford rent no more because I'm in between jobs. But I just read a review that said they have rats😐😐😲😲 now we aint got no rats in palm terrace. wth. now I'm scared to move to moncrief village baby cuz I do not do rats. do anyone know of this?
