The staff at this location go above and beyond for their customers. I had to call AAA to jump my car. The store was laying so I was left outside all alone Nicole- a checker at Frys waited outside with me until the AAA tow truck came to help me to make sure I was safe. I was very thankful she did that for me. Chris the night manager is also great. They all deserve a 5 star review. This is my favorite store.

Miss Lisa at the courtesy counter. If this is the correct Frys at 57th avenue and Thunderbird. Also what happened to friendly people at Fry's. This has gone down immensely. Customer service at this particular location has gone down. (57th Ave and Thunderbird) Very few will smile or say hi. Never used to be like this.

Aug 24. 2022 This Fry's Supermarket is so small and their Bakery sucks. They do not have allot of variety in can food and they have no lunch seating cafeteria. They make no special lunch meals . The rows are narrow not spacious at all . Their bathroom is the worst in Arizona period. That is why they get 2 Stars from me.
