Door says opens at 10am. Phone says 9am. It’s 10:15 am and no one is there and no one is answering phone. Don’t waste your time going to this location. **the owner finally arrived, so I went back in and she cannot even scan a QR code. Complete waste of time and she seemed unprofessional claiming fedex won’t let her into the system to scan a QR code. ???

I did not accept packages from fedex on oct.13. The guy said he was unable to give me receipt how can I find out six packages did he keep them I am being charged for packages I returned unopened. Need help
