Jeff, the General manager! Don’t know how much he knows about customers si ce he doesn’t care. I calked him from vacation to have a driver come back to deliver the 22k worth of materials because we didn’t have a forklift available and the driver couldn’t wait for us to unload by hand our materials. I told Jeff the GM that please have the driver come back that i was on vacation and couldn’t do anything from where i was international. He great answer was “ today is my Anniversary”. Good for you Jeff., congratulations! but why do i feel like I don’t think you cared about my business and any other future business. There’s many options when it comes to lumber purchasing in the valley like Capital Lumber, Weyerhauser, Boise, 89 Lumber. Instead i decided to work Rick Mueller. He’s a good sales person that lacks good management.
