10/27 still nothing 9/23/22 I called Christina Gavina, she said she would have some one call me back and nothing. Worst customer service ever. I bought all the packages and zero respect for the customer once the sale is over. 9/23/22 Talked to Bob K again when my car started overheating again for the 3rd time. Treated with such disrespect when I talk to him. I'll never buy a toyota again. Worst service and vehicle. They told me they couldn't get me In to the shop until next week. I was forced to go to Pauly Toyota where they treated me with respect and listened to the problem and came up with a solution to fix it. Pauly also told me elgin toyota didn't even do any work to my car. What were they doing with my car for over 2 weeks. Worst part is I wasted 6 days picking it and dropping it off. 6/14/22 Bob K., The manager, thinks it's unfair I gave them a 1 star review because my car broke down and ruined my vacation. 6/2/22 Ali Qureshi sold me a camry and it was a wonderful buying experience. 6/9/22 Bought the car a week ago already over heating and having problems. Certified pre owned.... within Illinois 15 days or 500 miles law. I also bought the platinum coverage. Don't buy from the The Bob Loquercio Auto Group
