In my own experience,I didn't had to wait for long ,they were helpful when I had questions and when I reschedule they were really polite and giver me next day available.

I had scheduled a MRI, X-ray, and a mammogram. The mammogram was down, so I couldn't get that. I was one of the first people waiting for an x-ray. I sat there for an hour. I finally went to the desk and found out there wasn't a tech. It would have been nice to been informed instead if wasting all that time. I'm in a wheelchair and the push pad for the automatic door was broken. I'm never going to the 3rd Street location ever again. It was horrible!

Thats weird usually they make you give insurance card upfront.if they told you u owed nothing then disregard.you might wanna call to be on safe side.

Ask for copy before leaving, but you will probably have to come back after the radiologist reads them
You need appts for everything there...its always busy
