I purchased a Baby lock Regalia last year. From day one I have had issues with the machine. When the machine was delivered the motors didn't work to move the machine. So I had to wait a few weeks to get that replaced before I could use my new machine. I bought the prostitcher with the machine. It took months before I finally got any training on how to use it. I drove from Chandler to west Phonix for training only to find that the person wasn't there to do the training. I had made an appointment but they forgot. The port for charging the tablet also didn't work. So that required replacing as well. Now the bobbin hook isn't working right and the machine has to go to bdisappointing. Center support for the frame has had issues as well. Within a few month it was not straight. They looked at it but didn't replace it even though they had ordered a new leg. Now it is starting to angle again and is no longer straight. I spent a lot of money on this long arm machine, and it has had more problems than my other 2 machines combined. They have never needed anything replaced because it didn't work or had any repairs. Only normal maintenance. I've been sewing for 30 years. I was so excited to a long arm. But this purchase has been frustrating and dissappointing.

Not very friendly staff!! As we walked in there was 3 employees just standing around talking. I didn't want to interrupt their busy chatting 😕. Asked if they had a certain fabric, fast response was No!! Hell with this unfriendly place. We drove a few miles more to shop at Joann's Fabrics. I had a choice, and I choose 35th Ave sew & vac. I should've have known better 🤣. Never again I will just stick with my Joann's Fabrics store.

Very knowledgeable. Nice people. Fixed my problem in just a few minutes. (I had made a newby mistake of using the wrong thread. They set me up with the correct one and some sewing machine oil to fix the damage I did to my machine.)

Love this place! I wish they would have one day a week they were open later in the evening as they are open basically exactly when I work M-F. So I can never use them as my "emergency" fabric store. Would rather be giving them my money than Michaels or Joann's.
