Amazing and quick service! Originally the owner (Del?) quoted me for a higher price and 5 days for my MacBook screen to be repaired, but called me after only 2 days and said it was ready to be picked up! He even charged me less than what was quoted since he had the part on hand and didn't need to order it. Will definitely be back if I need anything else fixed!

I am an attorney in the bay area. I have been practicing for over 15 years and I have hired hundreds of contractors to help with my computer needs. Today I had a major problem trying to use my camera and microphone on a zoom meeting. I called 911 PC Help, and the owner answered the phone immediately. Despite sounding extremely busy, he took time out and assisted me in resolving the zoom meeting problem with my camera and my video. He was so qualified and skilled at resolving my computer issue, that he resolved it in a matter of minutes. Even though I was appreciative of his time and demanded that I pay for his services, he refused to accept any money from me, and did the service for free. It's refreshing to interact with people like the owner of 911 PC Help in such a stressful and anxious time. Thank you for having integrity, honesty, and kindness.

Called a few weeks back to help back up our computers and just do general maintenance. Had used them back in 2013 but forgot about them - in the meantime had hired other tech support guys and just didn't get a great deal from them. I called about my Acer laptop that is no longer charging. Because it was less then a year old, they suggested I contact Acer since the problem is likely covered under warranty (I honestly didn't think to do so). In the meantime, they checked for availability on parts to solve what was likely the problem, just in case. They were so helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. I ended up not needing their service, as the issue was covered under warranty, but if I ever do need help, I will call them first.
