WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS AT THIS FACILITY. THEY ARE NEGLECTFUL AND POSSIBLY ABUSIVE. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My family is in the middle of filing a complaint to the state for medical malpractice at this facility. My grandmother, who has Alzheimer's, was transferred there in June from another place, where she was taken care of very well for several years. Almost 2 months later and my grandmother had to be removed from their care because her health was rapidly declining. Every time my father would visit her she was less and less alert. She was always in bed looking heavily sedated. He never saw her sitting up or on a wheelchair like he had previously at the original facility she was living in. Her diet is strictly soft foods, and he would always find solids, like steak and chicken, were being fed to her when she CANT EAT SOLIDS. It's in her care instructions. She stopped eating altogether, and now that she is out of there we are finding injuries all over her body. Her foot is infected from an injury she did not have 2 months ago. She is currently in the ER and the doctors are questioning what happened to her. When my father picked her up the last day at this facility, she was completely covered in clothes, long sleeved shirt, long pants, socks and GLOVES...??? Almost like they were trying to hide what they had done. They never reported anything wrong with her to my father. And now they won't even answer his calls. We are pursuing action against this horrible place. And NO, we are not interested to speak to you directly anymore, Windsor Palm Valley, so don't even try to drop your regional director's email here. How about y'all respond to your patients' families in a timely manner? Eff y'all.

My mom has been here for under a month, when you call takes long time for them to pick the call, then they put you on hold, you don't know if they hand off, since their No hold music at all. The communication with the nurses is Bad, they don't falow, directions for the patients. My mom diet is soft food instead she was serve chicken, bread and she can't eat that. Do not recommend at all.

Would not recommend thos place for rehab. As a medical professional for almost 20 years, I did not find the level of care acceptable for my father.
