I dealt with Abi today. First, I'd like to say I'm a first time customer with Surterra today, but definitely not my first experience in other dispensaries. I had such a great visit here today. Abi was so knowledgeable and actually answered things "other" dispensaries could not answer. He helped me get the best bang for my buck and just was an all around great sales person. I'm going back tomorrow. Ty so much. I really appreciate good customer service...it's hard to find anymore...so well appreciated
