I initially found Texas Gravestone Care after the funeral home provided some very disheartening news on the high cost to purchase/place a marker for my dear mother in law. My husband located Texas Gravestone Care through a friend's referral and I contacted them to get some more information. I was directed to Alice who immediately reached out to me and set up an appointment. She was very accommodating and worked with my schedule to ensure I was available. The entire experience from the time I first spoke with her until the moment the marker was placed was seamless and took such a huge burden off our shoulders. Alice not only answered any, and all, questions we had but she maintained in constant communication with us and with the designer; showing us various possibilities to ensure we were truly satisfied with the outcome.
