I've been here over year and Im definitely satisfied! The property is kept up. I like how we're able to use Active Building app to pay rent and put in work orders if needed it's very convenient. Their response time is good as well.

Because it’s a two bedroom the reason why I don’t like it because it’s roachein this houses coming from the other apartments

Yes. They will actually give you a form to fill out. Then you go get it notarized
