driver does not know how to operate his truck, then gets rude and mouthy, then smiles sarcastically. tore up my freshly sealed parking lot, managment refuses to assist, then we get a reply to call a number that goes no where, promised a manager call back now a week later still has not happened. told them to get their dumpster so i can get a proper company but yet that still hasnt happened

Our recycling is picked up consistently on time every month with zero debris left behind. Our cans are always back on our property with lids attached after being emptied and drivers are always professional. We have had Waste Management for 5 years so far with ZERO complaints.
