These people are the worst! Had a midnight appointment, they tell me trailer wont be loaded until 3pm. I come back at 5pm, they tell me they didnt have any empties from my company (mega carrier). They tell me to come back at 6pm to get assigned a door. I get a door and they take 5 hrs to load my trailer. Almost 24 hrs after my appointment I hit the road. On top of the incompetency, the women who work the shipping desk are rude, unprofessional slobs. But hey, they have very nice bathrooms and a microwave. Woohoo!
