Have had numerous issues: Toilet having to be plunged on a regular basis, roaches and a water leak in bedroom (that is now going on a year) that has not been taken care. Have spoken with Manger about the water stains the entire time and keep getting put off... Fire alarm goes off frequently... even when you aren't cooking anything. No notice left when someone has been in your apartment (i.e. Maintenance) which I have never had happen in apartments before. Not very impressed with the care taken for issues and if it wasn't such a pain I would move!

I am a current resident at Villas on Calloway Creek. It used to be a very clean and fun place. I know covid happened and it shut down activities. There is no activity except Bible study and they have had on activity of gospel singers. I don't have anything against Christian activities but not all residents have that particular religion. All the amenities here do not work the putting golf cuts people if you lift up flags. The gazebo has residents are not allowed to use the electricity if they want to play music or have a crock pot for food. Then the so called shuffle board is not accessible. The elevators and brezzeways are filthy.

It used to be a good place to live! But since the freeze in February, nothing has been done. Patios are housing all the appliances from the units that were flooded. Manager, Annette Ogden is condescending and half the time she won't even answer the phone nor your questions.
