I also had a terrible experience in the Rainbow store on 3400 East Aramingo in the Imperial Plaza, store # 1909. The register lady whom I think is the Supervisor Or mabe Manager. When I swiped my credit card, the register lady stated it did not go through,so she asked me for my credit card, I gave it to her,she swiped, then she asked me for my personal pin number. I felt confused & upset that she had asked me for my pin!! After that, I right away stated to her "that okay I will pay in cash" she looked at my and tossed my credit card on the counter,I looked at her & said to her"I gave you the card in your hands & your should have given to me in my hands,that is unprofessional of you" as I was saying all this to her she was humming. I will never go back to that location. I felt humiliated,disrespected & embarrassed by a person whom was suppose to be a professional and greatful for customers. I my self work with customers. When I enter my work place, I leave all problems outside.

Refunds are given on regular, sale and clearance-priced merchandise returned with the original receipt and tags attached. Footwear must also be returned with the original box. Returns made within 7 days of a purchase will be refunded in the same form in which payment was originally made. Earrings, swimsuits, underwear, panties, bodywear, bras, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned after purchase. Any merchandise which has been worn cannot be returned.
