The practice itself is okay, I'd give that 4 stars. But insurance wise, it gets 1 star because I had to pay $75 for the visit itself which is fine, but when it came to those hidden charges that included the X-rays and the Cortisone shots, I had to pay almost $300 out-of-pocket up front. It's a shame that this practice doesn't accept Humana HMO even though I have my Medicare card, it still wouldn't take it because my insurance from Humana is active.😠

My first visit to this practice , everything went great , a doctor other than Dr.Bok treated me , but Dr.Bok did come in to see me a examine me as well , I'm glad I found this practice and will continue to go there 😀😀😀

The doctors seem competent enough during the actual visit, but after my 1st 2 visits - including today - without fail, the doctor failed to send over the Rx to my pharmacy after she said she would. I again had to call to remind her, the receptionist said she'd go back & ask the doctor to send it. It's 5:15pm on Friday and now they're closed until Tuesday because it's Memorial Day. This is unacceptable service! How do you forget to send over a rx right after a visit, twice in a row?
