I ordered through the Boston Market website, and received an email with directions to come to the store, call the number provided, and receive my curbside order. I called the number 5 times to no avail. Tried to go into the store, but all doors were locked. I then went to the drive through and told them I was there to pick up the order. At that point I was informed that they did not have the meatloaf or the chicken pot pie. I asked for a refund and was told that I had to cancel the order through the website. There is no way to cancel the order on the website. So I am just disgusted, and frustrated. I've now lost $30.66. If I could give no stars it still would not be enough to voice how I feel.

Really wasn’t happy at all!!! The side items were not 100% to my liking in my meal but they were at least with flavor…….. I then started to dig into my 1/2 chicken meal and the meat was incredibly pink and not looking full cooked through and through….. I was more than open to switching to something else but management said it was not allowed so I trashed the meal and left….. be very careful here with this place guys because it’s just sad that it’s not what it used to be the way I remember it!!! 😔😔😔😔

One of the Managers Felicia was very helpful and friendly. I was not going to go back to this location due to a bad experience but I did , and I was glad I did. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

Went through drive through and they were out of half off their sides at dinner time. Order meal for 3 w mashed potatoes and gravy by the time I drove to the window they were out of mashed potatoes for the night. Unreal. Chicken was tiny . They forgot the gravy I asked for the chicken. Totally disappointed. They are even out of bags. They threw my food in a grey Walmart bag. Never returning. Get it together!
