I ordered the night of 7/21 and delivery forgot my soda. I called the store and the woman who answered said she would send a driver back with my soda. Seriously?? I was truly expecting to have a somewhat disappointing dinner without the drink, but she came through. THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly, sometimes it's the little things.

Ordered carry out via phone. Telephone rep stated that pizza would be ready for pickup in 20-30 minutes. When I arrived, an employee stated that manager had not arrived so pizza was not made. Does Papa John's not know about high gas prices. We are not the Kardashians with beaucoup money and time to waste. Our gas tank is drier and our stomachs are emptier.

We love papa Johns pizza and the last 3 times ordering with them has been a horrible experience. They always forget our extra sauces and in the past didn't do anything to correct their mistake. This time we called the manager and they refunded us but they lost our business forever because they couldn't review the order before sending it out.

Do no buy pizza from them. I ordered online, never got a confirmation email. and they charged my card and didnt deliver my pizza. and when I called to see the status of my pizza i couldnt get anyone on the phone the call would hangout up on anytime i selected an option.
