I would’ve given this place zero stars if I could—- Right when I walked in, there was NO ONE at the front desk and I waited there for about 10-15 minutes until someone walked out from the back. The lady started asking me what I needed. And I told her that I needed a copy of my shot records. She continued asking me where I had my shots previously done, how old was I, etc. After I answered, she automatically told me that they couldn’t be found because I didn’t get my shots within Tarrant County, and then she assumed that the previous city that I had them done, didn’t enter my records into IMMTRAC (me KNOWING THAT THEY DID). Moving forward, they told me that I needed my ID for them to look up my records (I left to get my ID and came back); Once I came back, I waited again for someone to come to the front desk. After the front desk person had arrived, I gave her my ID and she started asking me if my FIRST AND LAST NAME WAS CORRECT, and when I told her that it was, she started arguing that it wasn’t !!!! She then told me that there was no record of my shots other than my covid. long story short, I left and my bf and I went to the DOWNTOWN FORT WORTH LOC ATION. And guess what? They were able to look up my record INSTANTLY. The ladies at that location were SO helpful and understanding compared to the miserable workers here. My advice for anyone that is even thinking about coming here to get anything done, DON’T. save your trip and go to the one on 1101 S. Main St Fort Worth, TX. P.S. They didn’t even need my ID to look up my shot records either.

Got COVID-19 test done 5 days ago and still no results. Very disappointed. They quoted 24-48hrs. They should tell you when you’re about to get tested that there’s been a delay in getting results and ask if you’d still like to do it. I understand it’s not the person swabbing your nose fault but they could be more proactive and tell people that they’ve noticed a delay in test results and so I could have gone somewhere else instead.

They gave me a rapid covid test 4 days ago and said it would take 48 to 72 hours and it's been 4 days and I've heard nothing and no one picks up the phone. One star because I can't give it less.
