Worst customer service ever. The lady yelled at me all the time and even did not listening to what I wanted. And RACIST even though she understands what I am trying to say she keeps acting like she doesn't get it because of my English accent.

Tried to drop off a prepaid package using the label that the vendor sent. The very rude older south asian lady just pushed it back to me and said that it was not accepted with no other explanation; not even a "sorry we can't help you with this". Keep in mind there was no one else there so the location wasn't even busy. Out of curiosity and a gut feeling, I brought this to the Piscataway location the same day; and they had no issue accepting the package.

The ladies are sp rude and hot helpful. Instead of explaining clearly and giving you the cheapest choise, they made you go back and forth. This happens to me many times.

Sign says they open at 8am. I had to wait until 8.50 for someone to open the door and start taking care of me
