*AC was fixed today (June 6), now it's working great! My main concern can now rest easy. *Got a response on June 4 that they were delayed due to some unexpected occurrences, which is completely understandable. Mainly wanted to know any updates to ensure that they were aware of the issue. They are scheduled to work on the AC system tomorrow. *Will be updating as my experience here. I moved in around May 21. Looked at the unit May 14, they mentioned the AC was not working properly and they were going to have someone fix it. Personnel greeted us warmly and friendly, which is great. I sent an email around May 26 at midnight, since the unit was around 82 degrees that night. My main concern is that the baby was sweating overnight. It is currently June 1, i received no response to my inquiry as of yet. There's also no hot water in the first floor of the unit. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and be as understanding as possible. But I worry with the summer heat we get.

This is a great place for your family to live. The Aspen has made some improvements since Elizabeth has been the manager 👏. I had 1 problem with my townhome and they came out and fixed the problem 30 minutes. I give a 👏 to the maintenance staff. Maintenance when they are walking through the complex they recognize and smile at you. And for the manager I stand up for and 👏 Elizabeth they knew what they were doing when they hired the PHENOMENAL woman! She is kind and patient but don’t think you can get over on her. I once came in there and I was going something and she poured out her heart and said we are FAMILY. I enjoy living there because of her 🤩!!!

It is very easy to reach them and they actually call you back, if you don’t catch them. They care and make you feel that you matter. I am so excited to live here.

I'm not sure they should the rent here is high my sister has a broken lease try you will know but make you read the lease cause they charge you gas ,water sewer everything
