Well, I always had an excellent experience at that place but last time wasn't good at all. Seems hired new people that are not med professional or not trained well. It took me a few trips (as personal was forgetful) to finally get the requested test kits, then one couldn't read a doctors script and was sending me back to call my dr but other lady a day before could, so, I insisted and they did find the right script, then, while a blood withdraw, made me a huge swelling bubble that melted into the half arm bruise... and it's not the end, my doc called me and told me that i have to remake one test as lost...! Next time will try other Labcorp.

I gave this location a star because I had to, they don’t deserve a star. I made my appointment for a 3hr glucose screening to check for gestational diabetes about 2 weeks in advance. I chose this location because of their Saturday hours that are more convenient for me and my family. I doubled checked the website to make sure they did the test etc. My appointment was at 8:45am, however I arrived before 8:30am, checked in on the kiosk, then was called over to check in again. Makes no sense! The one who checked me in was nice enough but very slow, then finally says “oh this is for a 3 hr test, I’m sorry but we close at 11am, if you go to the other location which is 20 mins away they may take you”. I was livid, it was pretty obvious they did not want to do it so they didn’t have to stay a min after 11am. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional! This is why I hate labcorp, I always prefer Quest Diagnostics!!!!

The place is very nice with professional, cordial and caring stuff. It took few minutes to check in and to do the blood work. Great job!

Labcorp takes all insurances. However, Its up to your insurance company if they will pay for services done by Labcorp. Always double check to see if Labcorp is considered "In-Network" before getting stuck with an astronomical bill
