My appt was on Aug 5th at 130pm. I received a phone call message stating that i had a pending fee ?Unacceptable charges of $50.00 from being 10min late due to a traffic jam on the 290 E.was the pending fee !This message was received one day prior to my new rescheduled date on Aug 9th.Very unprofessional & Rude charges especially with a individual on a fixed monthly income from disability SSD whom had no control over the traffic & or accident that took place on the highway !.I cancelled all future appointments & Now Dent will lose way more money than the $50.00 wrongful charge 🤔!.

Terrible experience when I have a appointment at 7am and they do not open until 8am. U can't get in touch with anyone until 8am. And then I try to set a new appointment and can't be seen fir 3 months and 2 weeks. This a bad place to even attempt to see the right Dr because anything can happen and they will not see u. Seizures or anything else doesn't matter to these people. Especially the people who work the phones. Terrible experience

The only problem is getting refills faxed to pharmacy and was getting low last month wish could call the office or a number to call to get them in quicker

Both Dr Henry and olia his assistant fantastic. Both show legitimate concern for your injuries and what's best for you. I recommend them to everyone who asks about good pain management.
