They don't know how to do their job well! They don't have a fixed answer for me. Very disappointed I am. I live about an hour from the Garland location, so I had to accommodate my day to get a paper plate extension! When I arrived they told me that the man who is in charge of the plates was not there to come back another day and that anyway I have 7 days after my paper plates expire to get others. The police are not going to wait 7 days, they can fine me! In case Tricolor will pay the fine for expired license plates?! First of all I called customer service, they gave me Garland's number to contact them because supposedly that's where I can go for the paper plates, where I get my car! I called about ten times and they don't answer, for that same reason the phones are ringing and ringing! *** We bought the car at the end of July and still have no response from the metal plates! I called two weeks ago and asked about the plates, they told me that I had to wait until the paper ones expired, what if?! Now they have defeated me and I am struggling. I have bought two cars from another Dealer and in two weeks they already had my metal plates ready!!! Pure excuses Tricolor!! Do your job well. But that is if they want the payments on time and everything, if they don't take your car!

If I could give this place a 0 star. Horrible customer service non professional. My husband took out a truck here and then not even 3 weeks later we needed to take it to the Duncanville mechanical shop for something super small. They did not provide any details when the truck was going to be ready. I’ve been calling and calling these people tryin to get an update of when my husband truck is going to be ready and they don’t know NOTHING!!!!!!
