Along the main road is the creek with mini falls and clear water. At the base of where gps takes you, is a mega hike up to the peak great workout. Lots of cacti so bring good shoes and tall grass so wear jeans or high socks. Grippy shoes for climbs, was fun!

This is a superb place for hiking, mountain biking, and horse riding. An especially great and rather unique feature is that a short distance from the parking area, there are separate trails for hiking and biking, and so no conflict if hikers follow that separation, which I highly recommend. As for biking, this is my favorite place in Boulder County. Great technical riding with a great variety of difficulty. A wonderful playground to build your skills.

Great low elevation open space with good trail options, bathrooms, picnic pavilion and horse trailer parking. Good multi-use trails and hiker only separations. Semi technical mountain bike rides! Note there are no dogs allowed here.

Well maintained open space with a couple of trail options - some shared with bikes and/or horses. Decent amount of parking. Not very shaded, closer to easy than moderate. Emergency route is not marked on trail map but can offer a different path back to the lot from points on both main hiking trails.
