Terrible God aweful experience. I've been on paternal leave for 2 weeks now and was told my payments works be seamless. I haven't recieved a single one and even when i called i get a operator in another country telling me that there are multiple tendencies to why is taking so long. The guy couldn't even communicate about the account abd when u asked to be transferred after calling 8 different times i get hung up on

Not responsive at all , no one answers calls or gets back to you.Not helpful. Lack of communication internally when one person tells you one thing and the next is completely different. If I had the choice I definitely would not use them. Its been weeks upon weeks and they keep telling me different stories why I havnt got a pay check. Terrible.

2 out of the 3 times I’ve had to process claims there has been an issue on their end resulting in me having to chase down my own payments. Would recommend better training or investing in better software. The people are nice and friendly but that doesn’t help a whole lot if your checks are late or missing.
