would not recommend going to this bank. Honestly wouldn’t even Call them a bank when u can’t go and deposit any coins because they are a coin less bank. Then you probably shouldn’t tell your customers to roll up all of their coins and just a couple days later say you cannot accept any coins. You can only take out withdraws conveniently but cannot put in deposits without having to having me see someone. So if u want an easy and convenient bank to work with u on any of ur needs. Don’t go here go somewhere else. Very disappointed in the whole situation. Mega thumbs down.

Update: they blame the application process and not their lack of proper communication and incompetent employees whom I had discussed everything. 1st review: Horrible experience with them, they approved a credit line for me assured me everything was up and running only to ask for docs that I had previously mentioned I don’t have because my business new. Super unprofessional, wasted my time, different people saying different things.

This is the worse place to do business!!! there is no customer service. They have a useless robot!! hire people to take care of your customers!!!!!!!
